Gift receipts will ONLY be available if an item was purchased individually, If items are purchase in bulk and paid in one receipt, SORRY that we are not able to provide them. The sales receipt are use for claim tax.

SO if Gift Receipt is an issue for you, please, proceed to a Coach store and pay the price they charge you there.

The harder and rarer the item, the higher the price will be and the prices will keep going up.

Bags will come with: Care cards and dust bag if it is a handbag. Swing packs, wallets, wristlets and pouches have NO dust bag generally.

If you need Gift Box because you are giving a gift, you can buy one from me. I have a limited number of Coach Boxes which I have to PURCHASEDseparately. The cost of the box is NOT included in the bag price. I do not have paper bags or ribbons, the items I purchase are cheaper than retail because these items are not included, so we able to offer you attractive prices.

POSTAGE / DELIVERY SERVICES

Will be sent via POSLAJU or GDEX Courier Service and tracking number will be posted at my blog or will be email to you. I will not be responsible for losses/damages during domestic shipping to you.

The Charges will be:
Peninsular Malaysia - RM10.00

Sabah & Sarawak - RM15.0o for small items
- RM25.00 for bags or larger items


Delivery time frame:

If the bag is ordered from the US, standard shipping from the USA takes about 2-3weeks working days, Bags could arrive sooner or later depends on the the post office/customs.

I do not control customs or the post office, therefore I CANNOT guarantee the arrival time of any item. Thank you for your understanding.

Any delay/early arrival of items will be inform from time to time.

~ 2x Installment plan is accepted for items RM600 above.

~ IN HAND items only will be hold for 10 DAYS for you to pay the balance. If you fail to settle the balance payment, THE ITEM WILL BE RE-LISTED AND PLACE BACK FOR SALE AND DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT!.

~ Once confirmed and paid for your order, NO CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS can be made. If you cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. Please be considerate as I work very hard to get the bag you have ordered quickly, so please make a decision and ensure it is FINAL.
